The 6th nuclear test : Could Nuclear War Erupt Soon ?

According to CNN global news, North Korea's Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations (UN), Jin Renlong told the UN General Assembly Disarmament Committee that the situation in the Korean Peninsula has reached a critical point where a nuclear war can break out anytime, anywhere. He thinks unless the U.S. policy about the bad of nuclear threat can be completely lifted, we will not under any circumstances, and put our nuclear weapons and ballistic rockets on the negotiating table, and after a series of missile tests and the 6th nuclear test. North Korea has becoming a complete nuclear-weapon state and capable and resourced to launch a nuclear war. North Korea does not want war but will not sidestep it. If the United States misjudges Pyongyang's restraint capability and ignites the fuse of nuclear war, the United States will pay a corresponding price. Nuclear war seems not the best solution, and it hurts a lot of helpless people. Nuclear war can stop North Korea, and defeat them by the United State. But, we should think more about the result of the nuclear war.
